The replacement of 13 no. AHU’s in an occupied research facility. The job to date is on phase no.2 with a total of 45 AHU’s to be replaced which MJG are negotiating with NOC on an 8 phase plane.
MJG has worked alongside NOC to limit the down time for users in this project where MJG are the principle contractor on a design build NEC4.
The M&E Services consisted of the following.
- Replacement of AHU’s
- New BMS Controls
- New heating and chilled pipework
- Commissioning and balancing to some complected research laboratories.
