MJG are currently carrying out the installation of ASHP’s to replace the existing district heating in order to make the hospital more environmentally friendly.
MJG are carrying out the work as the principal contractor.
The contract is over two phases:
- Phase 1 – Design, major plant procurement and enabling works.
- Phase 2 – Installation of all associated M& E Services and associated builders work
- 4no. new ASHP’s and 3no. Water to Water Units (1,400kW)
- Installation of pipework and valves
- BMS Controls
- 2no. new HV transformer and LV panels with associated electrical installation
- New acoustic treatment to accommodate the hospital and local area
